Job description

About CouponFollow:

Established in 2010 and acquired by System1 (NYSE: SST) in 2022, CouponFollow is a fast-growing, international company headquartered in NY. With over 10 million monthly users, our two primary savings tools, the CouponFollow site and the Cently browser extension, have helped shoppers save over $400+ million by intelligently finding coupons, discovering deals, and earning rewards.

We're a truly global team of almost 100 people, with our engineering and product talents located primarily in Poland, but also in Pakistan and the Philippines, and our business team based in the U.S. We thrive in a (mostly) remote-first culture, while still enjoying occasional in-person meetups. Additionally, our cozy office in Toruń, Poland, provides a hub for collaborative events, which you’ll be supporting.

About the Role and Your Impact:

We're looking for an energetic, and well-organized Office Manager to support our remote engineering and product teams (60+ team members) and manage our Toruń office. You’ll be the go-to person for all things operations — from hardware purchasing and ordering office snacks to organizing company events and team meetups. Your mission: make life easier, smoother, and more joyful for the team.

You’ll report directly to our HR Manager (based in Poznań), who will also be your onboarding buddy and mentor.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handle purchasing, track expenses and monitor the budget for equipment for the remote team across various locations

  • Keep our Toruń office running like a dream for the 10+ team members working on-site

  • Be the face of the office — the first point of contact for visitors and team members alike

  • Manage correspondence, courier services, and equipment/document shipping

  • Oversee facility maintenance and supplies

  • Communicate with vendors and manage support or complaints

  • Organize business trips (hotels, transportation, payments) for in-person meetups

  • Plan company events (yes, we love a good party — virtual or live!)

  • Manage and track the engineering/product teams’ education budgets (e.g., courses, conferences, books)

  • Spread positive energy — keep the vibes high both in the office and remotely

  • Help team members navigate logistics: budgets, meetups, reimbursements, and more

  • Propose and improve internal processes (e.g., reimbursements, office guidelines).

  • Any other special projects as needed.

What We Offer:

  • B2B contract with a U.S.-based company

  • Flexible hours

  • Option to work from home once a week

  • Annual performance bonus

  • $1,000 training budget

  • Laptop and work equipment provided

  • Mentorship from an experienced HR Manager

  • Fully covered annual company summit, and local team meetups

  • A flat structure where your ideas matter

  • A collaborative, people-first environment (we're chill, but focused)

  • Fully covered Multisport card.

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in office/operations/admin roles

  • Availability to work from our Toruń office at least 4 days per week

  • Warm, people-oriented attitude — you're the kind of person others love to ask for help

  • Strong communication skills in both Polish (C2) and English (at least C1)

  • Excellent organizational habits and file hygiene (you make order out of chaos)

  • Empathy, tact, and assertiveness

  • Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked

  • Google Workspace fluency (Forms, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented with a love for process

  • Experience organizing team events and meetups

  • Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in office ops in the IT industry

  • Familiarity with Jira, Slack, or other internal comms/task management tools.
