Job description

About CouponFollow:

Established in 2010 and acquired by System1 (NYSE: SST) in 2022, CouponFollow is a fast-growing, international company headquartered in NY. With over 10 million monthly users, our two primary savings tools, the CouponFollow site and the Cently browser extension, have helped shoppers save over $400+ million by intelligently finding coupons, discovering deals, and earning rewards.

We're a global team of almost 100 people, with our engineering talent located primarily in Poland but also in Pakistan and the Philippines and our business team based in the U.S. We thrive in a remote-first culture while still enjoying occasional in-person meetups. Our cozy office in Toruń, Poland, also provides a hub for collaborative events.

About the Role and Your Impact:

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to help us build and maintain our flagship coupon platforms — including couponfollow.com. You’ll join an experienced Agile team made up of five developers, another QA Engineer (both based in Poland), and a U.S.-based Product Owner.

You'll also be part of our growing QA Guild (currently 7, soon to be 9 members), which focuses on sharing best practices and shaping testing strategy across the company.

What You Will Do:

  • Work on a robust platform hosting multiple coupon websites

  • Perform manual testing in a continuous deployment environment

  • Design and execute test scenarios based on established test schedule

  • Collaborate with another QA Engineer on your team on assuring software we build is up to quality standards

  • Work closely with developers, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders to define requirements, test cases and test strategies

  • Actively participate in team meetings

  • Learn and grow alongside a highly experienced team with a strong focus on automation.

What We Offer:

  • B2B contract with a USA-based company

  • Remote-first work environment

  • Flexible working hours

  • Annual performance bonus

  • All necessary software licenses

  • Company laptop and all necessary work equipment

  • Dynamic work environment and a friendly atmosphere - we are no longer a start-up, but certainly not yet a corporation

  • $1,000 annual training budget

  • Annual Company Summit, occasional team meetups, and regular internal knowledge sharing

  • Modern technologies and opportunities to innovate

  • A flat organizational structure where your ideas and input can make a real impact.
